Service includes: periodic software upgrades of the operating system, installation of security upgrades, routine monitoring of the server logs to encourage secure, stable and optimal operation, diagnosis of the server when required and routine administrative tasks on the server, such as file-system cleanup, backups, user creation and deletion, drive share administration.

Mission Critical Server Maintenance Contracts:

A Backup Solution, Security Updates and an Anti-virus Solution are all essential for the successful operation of all servers. With our server maintenance contracts, we perform an initial examination and provide a detailed estimate for the full maintenance of each server in your network.
